Drive Quality management for CMS products and solutions developed in Shanghai and Beijing CMS premises .
Ensure quality/TCE objectives are defined and met for product and solution generation (participate to checkpoints to define quality objectives and check they are met, ...).
Represent customer voice during release checkpoints: make sure customer needs are well understood and satisfied,
identify risks and propose corrective actions
Assist release/project teams to use the quality system (Release Life Cycle, Test approach, etc...)
Perform audits when needed and provide recommendations and follow-up process
Define Quality Improvement Plans and lead execution when needed
Based on risk areas identified on projects/products, lead TCE and quality improvement projects (RCAs/audits/retrospective analysis).
Facilitate definition and document CMS key processes when needed (based on needs expressed by CMS teams and any certification requirements). Check implementation of existing processes, simplify and improve when needed
Ensure consistency with ABS Education and Experience
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
Minimum 7 years’ experience in software Engineering and Quality (Development, testing, Project management, Quality Assurance, ..)
Experience in Software Engineering (Development, Testing, …)
Experience in Project Management
Experience/knowledge in Software Quality Assurance (development life cycle, Engineering practices, …) on CMS products
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma
Excellent judgment and common sense to assess quality challenges
Good communication skills to work with Product development Project teams
Passionate about quality (customer satisfaction, process improvement, and software engineering)
Experience or Ability to work cross geographically and cross culturally
ALM usage (requirements mgt, test management)
Knowledge of ISO 9001 / TL 9000 standard
Knowledge about Telecom solutions related to Mobility Management(HLR, HSS, …)
