APJ Level 2 Support Engineer for Laserjet products specializing on both Hardware & Software.
Supports Contact Center and Onsite teams on Laserjet Technical issues, identifies root cause and provides resolution.
Provides product mentoring, coaching & training to contact center & onsite team based on requirements.
Engages with the Product GBU on issues that need additional support from Level 3 teams. Ensures that all technical issues are responded and resolved according to the SLAs.
